Premium timbers complement 15th century building

Victorian Woodworks has provided a selection of its premium timbers for installation throughout The Crazy Bear, which offers luxurious accommodation in Beaconsfield, UK.

Antique Face Character Grade Burnt Oak Boards, hand finished in a Chesley Square Texture, were provided for the restaurant areas and reception area.

Engineered Hoxton Gallery Reclaimed Planks, in a Timeworn Texture and semi-finished were supplied for The Hunting Lodge.

Another individual feature of the Hunting Lodge is the wall cladding, which was completed with Antique Original Weathered Desert Oak Planks.

Sandblasted, raked and DA sanded unfinished by Victorian Woodworks, the effect is striking, and complementary to the overall design.

The Library purveys a more traditional ambience for a business meeting or private dining gathering, with a giant wall bookcase, burr walnut boardroom table, highly lacquered gold and black wall panelling, and an abundance of embossed leather and chandeliers.

The floor therefore had to be something that would merge with the extravagant and elegant interior design.

Antique Face Burnt Oak Parquet de Chantilly panels, hand finished with wax were chosen.

Victorian Woodworks also supplied some Original Faced Antique Beam Facings for installation throughout the 15th century building.
