Three handcrafted shed designs launched

The Posh Shed Company has introduced three handcrafted sheds that are fully waterproof and secure.

Its sister company, The Playhouse Company, designs and builds outdoor children's playhouses, platforms and play areas.

The Gothic shed, pictured, features detailed fascia boards and arches within the door and window frames.

The Posh Shed Company has utilised these skills to develop three versatile shed designs for grown-ups; the Gothic, the Potting Shed and the Contemporary.

The company is also offering a specialist design service for customers with unusual or specific requirements.

The Potting Shed's design features small pane windows and a steep pitched roof with an overhang.

It is intended to act as a garden hideaway, which will blend in with its surroundings, whether in a traditional cottage garden or a smaller urban setting, according to the company.

The Contemporary features an offset roof, which is intended to create a modern look while allowing in extra light.

The roof panels are covered in two layers of waterproof membrane and then topped with felt shingle.

All sheds are available in three sizes and in a range of colours.

They can be delivered with assembly and installation instructions or can be installed by one of The Posh Shed Company's craftsman as an additional service.
