A Stannah two-stop vertical platform lift has been installed at the Bugworld Experience, an insectarium housed in a Grade 1-listed building in Liverpool.

The Stannah Midilift SL is intended to improve access for everyone in this GBP3.8m refurbishment.

This two-stop vertical platform lift is intended to improve access for buggy pushers and wheelchair users.

This two-stop vertical platform lift is intended to improve access for buggy pushers and wheelchair users.

From buggy pushers to wheelchair users, it helps the public to participate fully in all its interactive challenges, games and simulated natural environments.

The Midilift SL features constant-pressure buttons and a joystick, a slip-resistant floor and a sensitive safety edge that will stop the lift automatically should an obstacle impede it.

Finished in matt grey to complement the decor, the lift operates within its own structure-supported enclosure and fully glazed shaft, with a ramp to ease entry and exit to the rear of the ground floor.

The lift helps the owners of the premises to meet the requirements of the DDA.
