Scott Brownrigg designs modern headquarters

Scott Brownrigg Interior Design has created an interior design scheme for the new headquarters of Berkeley Homes (Urban Renaissance) at Chelsea Bridge Wharf, London.

Chelsea Bridge Wharf, which has been designed by Scott Brownrigg's architects, is situated between Chelsea Bridge and Battersea Power Station with views over the river.

The new location is said to offer a design-led response both internally and externally.

The reception entrance serves many functions for Berkeley Homes; for example, it is an area for meeting and greeting prospective clients and contractors.

According to Scott Brownrigg, the material and finishes selected emphasise a clean and contemporary palette to reflect the brand.

The company worked closely with the landscape designers to create a modern and attractive approach.

The interior design combines finishes that are both durable and practical to facilitate maintenance, as well as being aesthetically attuned with the scheme design to provide coherence throughout.

There is an emphasis on the sustainable specification and sourcing of all products in order for the design to achieve BREEAM approval.
