Maytag launches super-capacity washing machine

Maytag's new freestanding Premium Super Capacity washing machine - the MWA1112FBS - has a large capacity and uses minimal water and energy.

The eco-friendly domestic washer with an 11kg capacity features a variety of programme options.

Finished in black, the washing machine is energy efficient and features an A+ rating, according to the company.

The Intellisense technology, which ensures high levels of energy and water efficiency, removes obstinate stains and dirt.

Meanwhile, the Eco steam facility provides an environmentally friendly wash and offers steam-boost, sanitation and refresh cycles.

This facility is said to boost performance at lower temperatures, even on delicate fabrics, sanitisation and refreshing lightly soiled garments.

Steam delivers good cleaning performance on lower-temperature programmes, saving energy while also taking care of delicate fabrics.

The 24-hour delayed-start option allows the opportunity to maximise off-peak electricity rates.

For those with sensitive skin or that have allergies, the Super Rinse feature rinses seven times to remove all traces of detergent.

The durable construction makes the washer steady and stable and enhances its reliability and durability, according to the company.

The outer drum rests on four supporting power dampers firmly attached to a steel bottom plate.

The construction stands inside the machine and, even when it is spinning at a high speed, it is virtually free of vibrations.
