In conjunction with the Copernicus Science Centre in Warsaw and Archimedes, Berlin, an exhibition aimed at 17 to 25-year olds has been created using Hi-Macs.

The Archimedes designers looked for a material that would allow them to implement their creative ideas and that would also meet practical requirements.

Archimedes chose solid-surface Hi-Macs, as the product is said to possess properties that are crucial when it comes to designing and building exhibits.

This acrylic stone can be processed very flexibly.

It can be cut, glued and shaped without difficulty, making it suitable for realising creative ideas.

Furthermore, being durable and robust, it requires little care and maintenance.

Since the interactive points and surfaces of the exhibits are exposed to constant use, Hi-Macs was naturally the first choice.

The material for all exhibits was 12mm thick, with the exception of Exhibit 29 Felix the Robot, for which 6mm Hi-Macs natural acrylic stone was used.
