Platinum Book features modern bathroom designs

The Platinum Book is part of Ideal Standard's Bluebook series, presented in a way that appeals to specifiers involved in interior design, according to the company.

The 459-page, A4, hardback publication incorporates products for bathrooms and washrooms, including ceramics, taps, mixers, shower valves, kits, enclosures, furniture and accessories.

The Platinum Book is designed to be simple to use and navigate and includes codes, product descriptions and a detailed index, facilitating specification.

Within the Platinum Book, there is a section on water efficiency.

This section gives details on schemes, directives and water regulations, providing a framework for creating a water-efficient building.

The book also features a special section dedicated to the company's work with designers.

Ideal Standard has worked with various product designers, including Italian architects Gio Ponti, Gae Aulente, Paulo Tilche, Achille Castaglioni and Mario Bellini and British designers Douglas Scott, Robin Levien, Kenneth Grange, Richard Seymour, Dick Powell, David Chipperfield and Jasper Morrison.

All of the listed designers have created bathroom ranges for Ideal Standard.
