London contractor Holloway White Allom is currently rebuilding the Victoria and Albert Museum's Medieval and Renaissance Galleries.

This is a GBP30m project involving 5,400m2 of space and the reconfiguration of 10 galleries.

Among the features is a new day-lit gallery created between the building's existing facades using 9m glass beams to create a translucent roof.

The Mayfair company constructs, restores and maintains properties in both the residential and commercial market.

Projects feature the latest building techniques and materials and range from complex basement excavations, extensions and lateral conversions to contemporary properties and newbuilds, according to Holloway White Allom.

It has restored a number of London heritage properties, including houses in The Boltons and Kensington Palace Gardens.

The company has also built or rebuilt and landscaped country estates.
