The Spider and Rodia furniture collections available from Roche Bobois are made from Dupont Corian in Glacier White.

Spider consists of a sideboard, a dining table and a coffee table, produced and distributed by French furnishings company Roche Bobois.

The collection, characterised by minimalist lines, has been designed by Daniel Rode.

The key design motif - intersecting, web-like lines - is repeated on every surface, including the table legs and sides of the sideboard.

The tables and their structures, made entirely in Corian, contain no screws or metallic parts and are said to be seamless in nature.

The exterior of the sideboard doors has been engraved with the same banded pattern, while the interior surface has been 'hollowed out' to allow soft illumination to filter through.

Dupont Corian was chosen for its silk-like touch, its high resistance and hygienic performance.

The Rodia coffee table, also created by Rode, is made entirely in Dupont Corian in Glacier White.

Its simple lines, with rounded corners and no visible joints, complement the furniture from the Spider collection.
