David Long Designs has completed the total refurbishment and conversion of a Grade 1-listed building.
The company built a house within a house over four floors, as well as a basement gymnasium area, complete with 12-seater jacuzzi.
Apart from the new oak timbers that formed the framework of the floors, the architectural features of this converted convent were found from reclaimed sources.

The sweeping staircase came from a bishop's palace, while the marble columns featured in the library originally formed the front of a bank in Yorkshire.
