Caple adds modern range cooker to Sense collection

Caple has launched the contemporary CR1204 range cooker, which incorporates the signature 'Sense' style.

The CR1204 features a mix of stainless steel and black glass with matching handles to coordinate with the rest of the company's Sense appliance range.

The dual-fuel range cooker features a gas hob and both large and petite electric ovens.

The large oven, which has a 59-litre capacity, features eight functions: conventional heat, turbo conventional heat, fan heat, top plus fan heat, grill, turbo grill, turbo defrost and light.

The smaller oven, with its three-litre capacity, has five functions that add further benefits to the model, including rotisserie conventional heat and rotisserie grill.

The hob has five gas burners, comprising one triple burner, one dual-control triple burner, two semi-rapid burners and one simmer burner.

According to the company, the CR1204 also has a dual-control triple-ring burner.

Created to offer the independent control of both the inner and outer flame, the cook can adjust the heat to suit large or small pans.

Claimed to be robust and durable, the CR1204 also features heavy-duty cast-iron supports and a central cast-iron wok support.

Ensuring safety within the kitchen, the new range cooker includes a flame safety device and double-glazed doors with heat-reflective glass to ensure that the doors are cool to the touch.

Other functions include liquid-petroleum-gas jets, cooling fans in both ovens and closed-door grilling.

To facilitate maintenance, both ovens have removable inner-glass doors.

Self-cleaning catalytic liners are available for both ovens.

The storage compartment is suitable for the accessories that come with the CR1204; there is one shelf with support racks in both the main oven and the small oven, two grill pans with handles, two enamelled baking trays and a rotisserie rack.

The CR1204 measures 900mm in height, 998mm in width and 598mm in depth and retails from GBP1,499 including VAT.
