Benjamin Hubert launches Labware light range

Benjamin Hubert Studio has launched the Labware light for partner company Authentics.

The Labware light collection was originally mouth blown and hand formed into a limited-edition range of floor lights in 2008.

These lamps comprise mouth-blown opal-white glass in a high-gloss finish, complemented by hand-turned bark-topped cork stoppers from Portuguese cork factories.

Working with Authentics, three forms of the original prototypes have been developed for global distribution.

The range is focused on the process of glass blowing and is inspired by glass detailing and a 'playful' look at scale, according to Benjamin Hubert.
