City Works event showcases urban-inspired designs

ATADesigns and Urban Upholstery are showcasing designs inspired by urban environments at the City Works exhibition, which runs until 10 November 2009.

The two companies are jointly presenting Ore: a pair of nursing chairs that have been rescued from the street and redesigned by Urban Upholstery with ATADesign fabrics.

City Works includes a selection of works as furniture, cushions, fabrics, wallpapers, lampshades and tiles.

ATADesigns creates contemporary wallcoverings, ceramic wall tiles, lampshades, fabrics and cushions.

It specialises in print designs for the interior and exterior markets.

Urban Upholstery recycles existing furniture and fabrics, creating one-off pieces.

Andrea and Patrizia, founders of the company, provide a bespoke service to clients.
